There are several different indoor and outdoor spaces that you can utilize to create a beautiful and cohesive wedding.
Getting Ready Rooms
First, begin your day by getting ready in one of two spaces, The Loft and Pippin Hill Wine Cellar. The Loft is a beautiful suite for you and your party to relax and be pampered. It has large windows that let in gorgeous natural light, perfect for getting ready photos. The room has a hair and makeup bar, a sitting area with comfortable furniture, and a three-paneled mirror perfect for an exquisite full-body bridal shot.
Your partner and their party can get ready in the Pippin Hill Wine Cellar. The cellar comes with a spacious dressing room, plush leather furniture, and a TV to keep everyone entertained as they prepare. Both rooms have access to a room-service-style menu that offers a variety of snacks, beverages, and sparkling wine for a celebratory toast.
Ceremony Locations
For your ceremony, there are two beautiful lawn spaces. The Main Lawn is perfect for accommodating groups of up to 200. Meanwhile, the Vineyard Lawn is ideal for guest counts under 140 people. Both lawns are positioned to take advantage of spectacular sunset views. But the Main Lawn has breathtaking mountain views that make a gorgeous backdrop.
If you prefer an indoor ceremony (or if unpredictable weather comes into play), the weather-protected Veranda can be fully enclosed, making a perfect ceremony spot with candle-lit lanterns, bistro lighting, and extra perks like space heaters, sun shades, and overhead fans.
Host a beautiful cocktail on The Veranda, a classic stone space with the feel of Tuscany right in the heart of Virginia. It’s also a great spot to enjoy the sunset overlooking a landscaped courtyard and mountains, and your guests can enjoy mingling over a delicious cocktail while we slip out to take Golden Hour photos.
Reception Rooms
The Granary is an ideal space for a romantic reception, with a 2-story vaulted ceiling and plenty of space for up to 200 guests for dinner and dancing. The space has a gorgeous barn-inspired aesthetic with details like rooftop cupolas and rich hardwood floors that capture the charm of an era gone by but with all of the perks of a modernized event venue designed by event and hospitality professionals.
If you have a smaller event planned, The Reserve Room has a sophisticated and upscale ambiance for up to 70 people. The dining room opens to a gorgeous stone terrace with breathtaking mountain and valley views. Plus, the Tasting Room is available to reserve in the evenings, including cafe seating around handcrafted farm tables and a Tuscan-style wood-burning oven. It’s a great flex space or perfect for overflow if you need a little extra room for your guests.

On your wedding day, they’ll focus on making sure all venue and catering-related runs smoothly. But they do require their couples to hire a Professional Planner (full or partial coordination.)
