Wedding photographers are a dime a dozen, it's true. However, we are not all created equally. I love getting to know my couples and truly care about every single detail of your wedding as much as you do!
Each year I accept only a select number of weddings to ensure I can fully devote my attention to each one of my couples. Everything from my welcome package, to timeline assistance, wedding day coverage and post-wedding day services have been carefully curated to provide the best experience.

2. Engagement Session
Although optional, I absolutely love when my couples opt for an engagement session! Not only does this give you a chance to get comfortable in front of the camera before your wedding day, it also provides a lovely opportunity to commemorate this incredible milestone. In addition, many couples like to use photos from their engagement session for their save-the-dates and to display at their wedding.
3. ask me Anything
There is usually a gap of time between signing your contract and your actual wedding day. If you have any questions during this time, I am always happy to give advice. Whether you're wondering if a first look is right for you or you need specific vendor recommendations - I got you covered!
I will also have questions for you during the planning process, to ensure we build a successful timeline together so I can capture all the details you're hoping for!
4. WEdding day!
Yay, it's your wedding day! The day you've been dreaming about for so long is finally here. It's time to leave everything in the hands of your vendors and simply enjoy every single moment! Your wedding day will fly by in the blink of an eye, so be intentional about truly taking it all in, spending time with your partner and making the best memories. I'll be right there to cheer you on and capture the magic!
5. your images
While you and your partner enjoy being newlyweds, I'll be hand editing each of your images. You can expect your gallery within 6-8 weeks of your wedding date - often sooner! But don't worry, I won't leave you hanging without any photos for that long! I always provide sneak peeks and when possible I even create a same-day slideshow.
Once I deliver your gallery we can discuss albums and prints if you're interested. Here you will pick the photos, I will do the work, and you get to enjoy the finished product for the rest of your days together!

You got engaged - yay, how exciting! Be sure to commemorate this special milestone with an engagement session. Engagement photos are perfect for save-the-dates and to display at your wedding. Whether you're planning a short intimate ceremony or inviting everyone you know and love to a three day event - you deserve the wedding day of your dreams. With a la carte selections you have the freedom of creating the tailored wedding package of your dreams!
Weddings aren't for everyone. If you're looking for an experience based day that uniquely reflects your relationship, eloping may be a great choice for you! Elopements tend to be less stressful and more budget friendly than weddings. So let's get you married at the top of that mountain!

Do you shoot film or digital?
do you travel?
I do! While most of my weddings take place in Maryland, Virginia and DC, I do offer destination weddings up and down the East Coast. I am always open to exploring new places for engagement sessions too! Any events outside of a 2 hour radius of Owings, Maryland will incur additional travel charges.
Do you work with a second shooter?
I offer a la carte services, so a second shooter is optional (although highly recommended!). I have a reliable team of second shooters I trust and regularly work with. The second shooter usually photographs the groom & groomsmen getting ready, different angles of your ceremony and helps with reception details.
When will we receive our images?
Typically my turn around time averages between 6-8 weeks for weddings. But don't worry, I won't make you wait that long to see at least a few - I always provide sneak peeks and when possible even a same day slideshow!
How many images will we receive?
I am one of the few photographers to not place a cap on images. While I will curate a selection of the best ones, I do not believe on stopping at a specific number. Most of my couples walk away with 400-1000 images of their wedding day depending on the event and selected coverage.
