About the Barn at Willow Brook Wedding Venue
Nestled in the rolling hills of Northern Virginia’s wine country, near the Potomac River, you’ll find The Barn at Willow Brook. With it’s crisp, black and white exterior this venue truly pops against the picturesque backdrop of nearby farm fields and pastures. Furthermore, the interior of the barn is beautifully appointed, with wooden floors, exposed beams, and rustic chandeliers. Large windows and a gorgeous porch provide couples and guests with amazing views of the surrounding landscape.
Willow Brook is also home to the Farmhouse, where couples are able to make use of private getting-ready spaces. Designed in soft, light tones of gray and blush, the bridal suite boasts two guest rooms and a large mirrored make-up station for the ladies. A coffee bar, with an espresso machine, provides the perfect pre-wedding pick me up and are easily enjoyed on the deck right off the bridal suite. The Farmhouse also houses the groom’s quarters, which include a full kitchen and reclaimed wood bar. The large gathering , complete with a 60 inch TV and 9 foot shuffle board, provide a relaxing space for the guys to hang out and get ready for the wedding. Furthermore, the grill, fire pit and patio area allow for outdoor fun and lawn games for the entire wedding party!
Details of the Grounds
The Willow Brook property offers several ideal locations for your ceremony. A favorite is located directly behind the barn by the black fence, overlooking hundreds of acres of farm fields. Alternatively, you may say your “I Do’s” under the white pergola, which backs to the woods. Should inclement weather be in the forecast, you may choose to have your ceremony inside the Wedding Barn. Here, the two-story wall of windows will provide plenty of natural light and a picturesque backdrop for your nuptials.
Wedding Details & Staff
The Barn at Willow Brook offers several wedding packages, ranging from one-day nuptials to full weekend celebrations. With a maximum guest count of 100 and only 20 weddings hosted per year, this popular wedding venue tends to book up quickly. When it comes to vendors, you must choose your caterer, DJ, and coordinator from a list of preferred vendors. Daryl and Betsy Madden’s daughter Kelly also offers her services as an on-site Wedding Coordinator.
